Terms of Service
These terms govern inquiries, quotations, samples, customized powder development, product orders and related technical support provided by Taizhou Miiyoung Trade Co., Ltd.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to website use, product inquiries, samples, powder coatings, masking materials, conveyor parts, coating-line accessories, customization and technical support. If a signed contract conflicts with these terms, the signed contract controls.
Products and samples
Product descriptions are general references and may change as formulations or production processes improve. Final color, gloss, texture, film thickness, curing conditions and performance must be confirmed in the applicable specification or order.
Eligible powder samples of up to 3 KGS may be provided free of product charge at our discretion. Shipping, customs, taxes and special testing costs may remain the customer's responsibility. Samples are for evaluation and do not guarantee mass-production results.
Customized products
Custom development is based on information supplied by the customer, including substrate, application, process, curing conditions, color reference, target properties and end use. The customer must provide accurate requirements and approve samples or specifications before production.
Reasonable batch variation may occur within agreed tolerances. Changes to the customer's substrate, pretreatment, equipment, operating conditions or end use may require renewed testing or formulation adjustment.
Technical information and trials
Technical data, application guidance and recommendations are provided in good faith based on available information and typical conditions. They are not a substitute for the customer's own testing, quality control or professional assessment.
Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability, application settings, workplace safety, coating performance and compatibility with their production line and intended use before commercial production.
Quotations, orders and delivery
Quotations are valid only for the stated period and are subject to availability, minimum order quantities, raw-material costs, exchange rates, freight and confirmed specifications. An order becomes binding after our written acceptance or issuance of a proforma invoice.
Payment, packaging, delivery terms, lead time, inspection and transfer of risk are governed by the accepted quotation or contract. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Compliance statements
References to QUALICOAT, AAMA, ISO 12944, UL, RoHS, REACH, FDA or other standards apply only when specifically confirmed for the relevant formulation, color, coating system, production batch and end use.
Certificates and test reports for one product do not automatically apply to another. Customers remain responsible for determining legal and regulatory requirements in their market and obtaining any required final-product approvals.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Website content, technical documents, formulations, manufacturing methods, test procedures and development know-how remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer formula, process or intellectual property rights.
Customer samples and non-public technical information will be used for evaluation, development and order fulfillment. Additional confidentiality obligations must be agreed in a separate written agreement.
Warranty and limitation of liability
We warrant that products will materially conform to the mutually approved specification at shipment. Claims must be submitted promptly with batch details, photographs, application records and representative samples. Our obligation is limited, at our option, to replacement, rework or refund of the affected product.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost production, lost profits or claims arising from unsuitable application conditions, improper storage, misuse or unapproved end uses. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
Force majeure and governing terms
We are not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruption, government action, labor disputes, utility interruption or raw-material shortages.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts at the supplier's registered location.
Changes and contact process
We may update these terms when products, services or legal requirements change. The revised version becomes effective when published. Questions, claims or formal notices should include your company name, order or batch number and a clear description of the matter.
